Should I change my blog name?

I loved having my blog called 'Miss Georgiana Darcy', but I think its time for a change.  My blog is having less and less to do with the real Georgiana, and while I like signing myself Miss Georgiana, it's confusing having my real name and another name just for fun.  What do you think?  I still don't know what I'd change it to, but I've always loved this nonsense poem.

The time has come," the Walrus said,
"To talk of many things:
Of shoes--and ships--and sealing-wax--
Of cabbages--and kings--
And why the sea is boiling hot--
And whether pigs have wings."

What would you think if I had 'Of Shoes and Ships and Sealing-Wax' as my blog name?  Any comments and suggestions are thoroughly welcome.

And so I sign myself (perhaps for the last time)

P.S. Sometime when I can think you'll have another post about my nano novel, so stay tuned!  And, for Miss Dashwood, Anna and Bertha are about fifteen and Derek is just a little older.

Well I don't know, I think the name 'Miss Georgiana Darcy' is more true to your blog, or gives the viewer a easier idea of it from the beginning, than shoes, ships, or sealing wax. Well, sealing wax perhaps, but I don't know about the others. ;-)

I rather like Miss Georgiana Darcy, but if you feel the urge for a change, do so by all means. :-) You could consider another character.

Oh dear, I wish you wouldn't change your blog name, it's so lovely. :)
It's perfectly alright that you don't always post about Georgiana.

Or maybe you could keep "Georgiana Darcy" in the title somehow and add something like:
"Miss Georgiana Darcy & Many Things"
"Scribblings of a Georgiana Darcy Fan"
"Beauty, Elegance, and Accomplishments" (a quote from P&P Chapter 21 about Georgiana)
"Georgiana's Sealing Wax" or "Georgiana Darcy and Sealing Wax"
"Miss Georgiana's Writing Desk" or "Miss Darcy's Writing Desk"

I like the "Sealing Wax" bit of your new title idea, but it is a tad long and you might not actually be writing about "Shoes" or "Ships", would you?

You can change your posting name from your real name and just be known as "Miss Georgiana" either way it is probably easier to sign your posts with the name you wish to be known as.

I hope this helps. I really enjoy reading your blog! :)

True, I might not be posting about ships or shoes, so that probably isn't a good title.

I love your suggestions, Miss Laurie. I hope you won't mind if I shamelessly plagarize them. ;D

You could still sign off as Miss Georgiana I think, even if you did change the name of the blog. It's a character you like and I'm guessing you want to be like, I agree with Miss Laurie that you don't always have to post about Georgiana it just shows you like her character (I do too).

Anyways I like your blog how it is.

Of course I don't mind you using my suggestions "Miss Georgiana"! My hope was to give you some ideas that you might be able to work with and tweak a bit to fit your needs.
I can't wait to see what changes you decide to make (or not)! :)

I love Miss Laurie's suggestions! Maybe do a poll combining those ideas along with perhaps some others and let your reader decide :) Then you can get some more views and it may help you to come to a decision.

I do like the use of Georgiana Darcy as a pen-name, and agree with Melody that including the name in your blog title does give a better overview of what it's about, but maybe changing it while still including it would be a good compromise, as Miss Laurie suggested :)

I think you should keep Miss Georgiana Darcy. I don't think someone would think, if they saw the name of your blog, that you only write about Georgiana. When I saw the name, I immediately thought it was a period dram blog, which it is. I think its a very fun way to name a blog. I love it!
